Application : Nickel paste (thermal fluid) dispensing on auto components

This machine is developed to meter the quantity of heating paste (Nickel paste) applied through 3 axes Cartesian robot on auto component. Ni-paste metering and dispensing is achieved through servo drive progressive cavity pump. It ensures continuity of bead with accurate flow rate

By changing the parameters, different flow rates can be achieved.
