Application : This machine is designed to dispense liquid gasket ting applicator. Nozzle mounted on robot to dispense the RTV Sealant as per the pattern or profile programmed for object. Material supply through 20 lit /200 lit suction pump to dispensing nozzle. After sealant dispensing is over, machine robot starts working on bolt tightening for Center hub assembly through DC nut Runner.
- Controlled automatic dispenser 3/6 axes robot.
- Bolting of mounting bolts done by DC nut runner.
- Designed with ergonomics and aesthetic considerations.
- Safety PLC for cycle start, emergency stop, door interlock
- Cycle time for operation is less than 120 Secs including loading and unloading

- Sealant dispensing as per profile of part.
