The Conveyor is ideal for transporting packages of various sizes and shapes. It can be used in many types of material handling application such as assembly operations, sorting, packaging, and inspection or for simply transporting product from point A to B.

Standard Specification:

  • BELT - Black Trackmate 120 EMB
  • BED - 10.16 cm deep x 2.76 mm powder coated steel slider bed. Standard 152.4 cm and 304.8 cm long bolt-together sections with splice plates.
  • END DRIVE - Located on the discharge end of the conveyor. Chain guard is on the left-hand side when standing at the infeed looking toward the discharge.
  • DRIVE PULLEY - 10.16 cm diameter with 2.54 cm diameter shaft at bearings or 20.32 cm diameter with 3.65 cm diameter shaft at bearings. Machined, crowned, and fully lagged.
  • TAIL PULLEY - 10.16 cm diameter with 2.54 cm diameter shaft at bearings. Machined crown.
  • SNUB ROLLERS - Adjustable 6.35 cm diameter rollers. Grease packed ball bearings. Includes guard.
  • RETURN ROLLERS - Adjustable 4.83 cm diameter rollers. Grease packed ball bearings.
  • TAKE-UP - Provides 10.16 cm of belt take-up at the tail pulley.
  • BELT SPEED - Constant 19.81 meters per minute (m/min).
  • SPEED REDUCTION - Sealed worm gear C-face speed reducer with No. 50 roller chain to the drive pulley.
  • MOTOR - : 0.37 kW – 230/460 V – 3 phase – 50 Hz totally enclosed fan-cooled, energy-efficient
  • FRAME CAPACITY - Maximum load per linear foot of conveyor is 34 kilograms. Not to exceed drive capacity in the chart.

  • FLOOR SUPPORTS -SMS floor supports are available in a wide range of adjustments. Specify the top of belt elevation. One support is required at every bed joint and at the ends of the conveyor. Holes in feet are provided for lagging to the floor.

  • SHAFT MOUNTED END DRIVE - 10.16 cm diameter drive pulley only. The drive unit is mounted on an extended pulley shaft. The mounting bracket and torque arm enable multiple mounting positions. 12.38 cm minimum elevation. Inverter duty, premium energy efficient, single-phase, brake motor, with other characteristics. 1.49 kW maximum.
  • UNDERSIDE TAKE-UP - Provides 40.64 cm of belt take-up. Extends down 33.34 cm from the top of the belt.
  • GRAVITY BRACKETS - Brackets and support bar allow skatewheel or 3.49 cm diameter gravity roller conveyor to be supported at the end of the belt conveyor. Includes a 2.54 cm diameter pop-out transfer roller.
  • BUTT COUPLINGS - Brackets allow 4.83 cm / 5.08 cm diameter gravity roller conveyor, along with other conveyors, to be attached to the end of the belt conveyor. Includes a 2.54 cm diameter pop-out transfer roller.
